Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport and transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing Tour:
Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath stupa and monkey Temple with Guide.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu Nyalam (3750M), 123 km 6 to 7 hrs drive.
Drive through the typically beautiful Nepalese country side to Kodari (Nepal – Tibet border), on arrival at Kodari clients has to go through the immigration formalities in Nepal Immigration and check into the Chinese side just other side of the Bridge to the Chinese immigration, after immigration formalities drive to Nyalam. Over night at Guest House.

Day 04: Rest for acclimatization:
Walk around Nyalam and drink lot of water.

Day 05: Nayalam to Tingri (4300M) 225 km 06- hrs drive
Day drive to the highest plateau of the world with typical landscape offering the sheer feeling of being on the roof of the world crossing over the 5,050 meters Lalungla pass, from where you can view the breathtaking mountain range from Mt.Cho Oyu (8,201m) Mt.Xishapagma ( 8,013m) dwarfed by the vastness of Tibetan plateau.Overnight in Guest house.

Day 06: Tingri Ronbuk: (5100m) 100 km 03 to 04 hrs drives.
After breakfast drive to Ronbuk about 100km from Tingri and afternoon excursion in Everest base camp.

Day 07: Ronbuk to sigatse: (3,900M), 344 km 08 to 09 hrs drive:
Scenic drive through the highest point, Gyatchu La passes (5,220m) en route. Overnight in hotel.

Day 08: Sigatse to Gyatse: (3,950M), 90 km 2 hrs drive:
Morning sightseeing to the Panchen Lama's Tashilumpu Monastery. Drive through the Tibet's biggest Agricultural field to Gyantse and visit to the Kumbum Stupa & Palkor Monastery. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 09: Gyatse to Lhasa (3650M):261 km 6 to 7 hrs drives.
Drive along the turquoise Lake Yamadrok, crossing over Kampala Pass (4794M) and the Brahma Putra River (Yarlung Tsangpo). Overnight in hotel.

Day 10: Lhasa: Sightseeing tour to Potala palace, Jokhang Temple Norbulingka. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 11: Lhasa: Sightseeing tour to Derapung and shera Moanastry. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 12: (Lhasa-train to Xining) arrival and visiting Xining. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 13: Xining (visiting Xining and maybe the monastery Taersi) Overnight in Hotel.
Day 14: train from Xining to Lanzhou; arrival and visiting. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 15: Lanzhou (visiting, maybe trip to 1000-budda temple). Overnight in Hotel.
Day 16: train from Lanzhou to Xian; arrival and visiting. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 17: Xian (visiting Terrakota armee, moschee,...) Overnight in Hotel.
Day 19: train from Xian to Beijing; arrival and visiting Overnight in Hotel.
Day 20: transport to Airport and fly out.
Day 12: Lhasa to Kathmandu: Morning drive to airport for departure flight to Kathmandu or to your onward destination.
Day 13: Sightseeing tour: Bhaktapur and patan Durbar square with Guide. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 14: Final Departure to Home.
