Lhasa E.B.C. Kathmandu Mountain Biking Tour

Tibet is a plateau region in Asia, north-east of the Himalayas. Tibet is the highest region on earth, with an average elevation of 4,900 metres (16,000 ft). The Tibetans have a wonderful culture developed over centuries of isolation. There are great Palace, temples and monasteries where robed monks still wear their traditional yellow hats.

Tibet has some of the world's tallest mountains, with several of them making the top ten list. Mount Everest, at 8,848 meters, Cho Oyu is the highest mountain on earth, located on the border with Nepal. The flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa can be a breathtaking one the only civil aviation flight right across the Himalayas with views on a whole Himalayan range.

The Adventure Himalaya Bike tour start form Lhasa heart of the Tibet. Bike continues via Karo La Pass (5100m) Gyatse, shigatse, Gya Tso-La Pass (5220m), world highest Base camp and offers you great North West view of Mt. Everest. Then you enjoy the world's largest downhill ride. You'll also pass through a breathtaking scenic mix of alpine plateaus and cross the Trans-Himalaya ranges and lush jungle. The route does, however, finish with a long downhill finish to reach Nepal.
