This trek is generally called Marsyangdi trail. It goes upstream along the Marsyangdi river. You will trek through canyons and gorges and move on the the north side of Annapurna Himalayas. You will pass Manang which was once a kingdom, cross the Throng pass (5416m) the northern most pass in the Annapurna Himalaya and descend to Muktinath, a sacred place. Day 01 : pick up from the Int'L Airport, transfer to Hotel & well come diner.
Day 02 : Sightseeing In kathmandu valley.
Day 03 : Kathmandu - Drive a bus to Bensishar 177km (820m).
Day 04 : Besisahar to Bahundanda (1310m) (7 hours).
Day 05 : Bahundanda to Chamche (1430m) (6:30 hours).
Day 06 : Chamche to Dharapani (1920m) (6:30 hours).
Day 07 : Dharapani to Chame (2630m) (7 hours).
Day 08 : Chame to Pisang (3190m) (7 hours).
Day 09 : Pisang to Manang (3500m) (6:30 hours).
Day 10 : Manang Rest (for Acclimatization).
Day 11 : Manang to yak kharka (4090m) (6 hours).
Day 12 : Yak kharka to Throng phedi (4420m) (4 hours).
Day 13 : crossing throng pass (5416m) O/N in Muktinath (3800m)
Day 14 : Muktinath to Jomsom (2700m) (4 hours).
Day 15 : Jomsom to Kalopani (2530m) (6 hours).
Day 16 : Kalopani to Tatopani (hot spring) (1190m) (6 hours).
Day 17 : Tatopani to Ghorepani (2853m) 7:30 hours).
Day 18 : Morning Ghorepani to poon hill & Naya pull & drive to Pokhara.
Day 19 : Pokhara to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus or flight.
Day 20 : Free day/shoping/sightseeing in kathmandu.
Day 21 : Transfer to International Airport and fly home.
